Take a deep breath in, relax and stretch your way through your Sunday mornings with FitMiBODY Yoga For Beginners. End your weekend with a combination of Vinyasa and Flow on your Sunday session working on flexibility and breathing. Very beneficial before going back to your hectic weeks.
The class is be held by FitMiBODY Coach Jessie who teaches a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class focusing on building strength, stability, and flexibility. Jessie draws on her experience as a dancer/somatic movement practitioner to develop classes which condition and increase anatomical awareness of the physical body.
Please remember to bring your Yoga Mats with you and some pilates socks if you have some.
The class is catered for beginners but all levels are welcomed.
Remember to bring your water bottle, a towel and your yoga mat. Bring your friends, colleagues & family to the class.
This like all our events is Free! With the pay what you like option but PLEASE reserve your space so that we know the attendance numbers in advance.
