FitMiBODY High Intensity HIIT Hour Fitness session is a high intensity, high speed and high impact training hour focusing on total body strength, core and fitness. A great way to kickstart your Saturday mid mornings!
HIIT is headed by FitMiBODY Coach Jeremy who specialises in all things outdoor fitness and all things fitness training. His creativity is truly unique in all his session plans.
Get ready to climb, crawl, jump and sprint!
Remember to bring your water bottle, a towel and tell your friends & family!
