Tough week at the office or just haven't had time for the gym? FitMiBODY Midweek Boxing Tabata sessions are back in the city to help fitness be more accessible!
Boxing is one of the most effective forms of training to lose weight, tone, strengthen muscles and feel fitter all round.

Step 3: Wait for email with your downloadable voucher with details and time of where and when to meet. The class will be held by FitMiBODY Coach Jesse who has been boxing ever since he was 8 years old. Since then, he has gained his Pro license and continues to fight to this day. His passion and love for boxing can be seen through the FitMiBody Boxing sessions.
The class will focus on technique work to ensure your using the correct form when connecting combinations together and of course, with a lot of High Intensity Tabata so get ready for a fantastic Wednesday afternoon!
All levels are welcomed although this class is catered for beginners to intermediates.
Remember to bring your water bottle, a towel and tell your friends, family & colleagues! If you have your own gloves, please bring them along too!
This like all our events is Free! With the pay what you like option but PLEASE reserve your space so that we know the attendance numbers in advance.
