Ready to unleash your inner demons, ready to sweat and ready to get extremely fit?

Join us for our ever popular kickboxing class on 11th April! 

The class will be held by Coach Dan who has over 15 years of Martial Arts experience so be sure, as ever to be in the best fitness hands possible. 

All levels welcomed although this class is catered for beginners. 

Remember to bring your water bottle, a towel and tell your friends & family!

This like all our events is Free! With the pay what you like option but PLEASE reserve your space so that we know the attendance numbers in advance.
